K2 Cycles sells only products that are original / genuine, and are covered under warranty provided by the manufacturer/brand of the particular product
Upon delivery and unboxing of the bicycle/product, if you find any defect, you should intimate K2 CYCLES regarding the same immediately without any delay. K2 CYCLES shall, take all reasonable efforts to rectify the same in conjunction with the respective brand/manufacturer. The final solution/course of action is at the sole discretion of K2 CYCLES.
The terms and condition of warranty for any part of the bicycle/product vary for each brand/manufacturer. The same shall be available on their respective website. In case of any warranty claim, K2 CYCLES shall provide all reasonable assistance for your claim/communications between you and the brand/manufacturer.
K2 CYCLES undertakes a rigorous ’20-Point’ checklist on every bicycle once the same has been fully fitted to ensure that there are no damages/defects to the bicycle prior to shipping the same to you.
In case of any manufacturing defect that is noticed upon delivery of the bicycle/product, the same shall have to be raised with the respective brand/manufacturer through K2 CYCLES, and K2 CYCLES shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard.
In case of any damage during transit, you shall intimate us immediately upon unboxing the bicycle/product, and provide pictorial evidence of the damage to the same. The bicycle/product shall be in an unused condition at the time of intimating us regarding such damage. Upon receipt of your complaint, K2 CYCLES shall forward the same to the transit partner and seek a resolution for the issue.
Any request for the return of the bicycle/product shall be at the sole discretion of K2 CYCLES. In case of a return being approved by K2 CYCLES, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:
- Original invoice from K2 CYCLES
- User manual and other documents
- Accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle
- The original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered.
K2 CYCLES shall have the right to reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the above mentioned.
Any other damages that may have occurred to the bicycle shall be your responsibility. The same shall also not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle/product. However, K2 CYCLES will advise you regarding rectification of the said issue. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pedals come as left and right specific – like shoes – and come in pairs. Clip-less pedals are supplied with cleats and fittings.

Refunds to credit cards can take up to ten banking days to appear in your account. Refunds by bank transfer can only be completed once we’ve received the necessary banking information (swift code IBAN etc), so please ensure you have provided these for the refund to be completed as quickly as possible.
At K2 Cycles we can accept payments in the Indian rupees only. You can pay us through Net Banking or Debit/Credit Cards.
This is a common query. We always strive to pack orders in the best fit packaging possible. Depending on the item(s) this may mean one of our Jiffy bags, one of our boxes or one of our plastic bags. We do this for three reasons:
The best-fit packaging is usually the most cost-effective and helps us keep our packaging and our courier costs down so we can continue to provide you with the most competitive prices around.
With smaller packages there is a better chance that your order will fit through your letter box, avoiding delayed deliveries and repeated delivery attempts.
Smaller and more compact parcels take up less space on planes, trains and automobiles so it’s better for the environment.
However, some customers will still occasionally find an item turns up in a box that seems just too big. This is because our fastest way of packing orders is through our automated box packing lines and during peak periods we may put a smaller item in a box to ensure we meet our dispatch and delivery commitments to you.
